Refund and Returns Policy

These Terms & Policies are part of your booking agreement with J. Boykin Live Saxophonist.
1. PROPOSALS
- All proposals are valid for 72 hours from the time sent.
- Prices are subject to change at any time.
- Dates and times are not held or secured until the deposit is paid.
- Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. DEPOSIT & PAYMENT
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.
- Deposits must be paid in full upfront.
- Payment plans may be available for the remaining balance through Affirm, Afterpay, Klarna, and Zip.
- The deposit amount must be paid in full and cannot be paid using a payment plan unless paid in full within 14 days.
- The remaining balance is due according to your agreed payment schedule.
- Final balance is due no later than 7 days before the event, unless otherwise specified in writing.

Payment plans may be available through:

All payments are processed securely.
4. CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellations made 30 or more days before the event may receive a 50% refund of the total balance paid.
- Cancellations made 15–29 days before the event may receive a 25% refund of the total balance paid.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable.
- Deposits are non-refundable because they reserve your date and allow preparation to begin.
- If unforeseen circumstances beyond our control occur, we will work with you to reschedule whenever possible.
5. REFUND POLICY
- All payments are final and non-refundable except as outlined in the Cancellation Policy.
- Enhancements, merchandise, and add-on purchases become non-refundable once production has begun.
- If we are unable to perform due to unforeseen circumstances that cannot reasonably be resolved, a refund will be issued in accordance with your agreement.
6. EVENT DETAILS
- The client is responsible for providing accurate event details, including the event date, time, venue location, and primary contact information.
- Setup requirements and event details will be confirmed before your event.
- Travel fees may apply depending on your location.
- Weather or acts of nature do not automatically qualify for cancellation or a refund.
- The client is responsible for providing a safe environment and appropriate access for performance and setup.
7. PERFORMANCE
- Performance time begins at the agreed-upon start time.
- Additional performance time may be added for an additional fee, subject to availability.
- Special song requests will be accommodated whenever possible but remain at the artist’s discretion.
- The artist reserves the right to refuse requests that are inappropriate or outside the agreed scope of performance.
8. ENHANCEMENTS & MERCHANDISE
- Custom keepsakes, champagne flutes, merchandise, and premium enhancements may require additional production time.
- Processing times vary depending on customization.
- We recommend booking enhancements early to ensure availability before your event.
9. AGREEMENT & SIGNATURE
- A signed agreement is required before your booking is considered confirmed.
- Both the client and J. Boykin Live Saxophonist must sign the agreement.
- Your event date is officially reserved once the signed agreement and required deposit have been received.
10. IMPORTANT NOTES
- Setup requirements and event details will be confirmed before your event.
- Travel fees may apply depending on your location.
- Weather or acts of nature do not automatically qualify for cancellation or a refund.
- The client is responsible for providing a safe and accessible performance area.
- By booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Policies.
